Having a certification does not automatically teach someone how to build a sustainable professional brand. CSCTN Agency
You Speak. We Help Handle the Business.
One of the unique services available through the Christian Speakers, Coaches & Therapists Network is professional speaking representation for eligible network members.
There is NO MONTHLY RETAINER for speaking representation.
When an eligible member chooses to have the Network represent them for a paid speaking engagement, our team can help manage the business conversation surrounding that engagement.
Our role is not to guarantee that a member will receive speaking engagements. Our role is to professionally represent participating members when qualified speaking opportunities arise and the Network has agreed to handle the engagement.
How the Commission Works
No Retainer. Commission-Based CSCTN Agency.
Members do not pay the Network a monthly representation retainer. When the Christian Speakers, Coaches & Therapists Network represents and negotiates a paid speaking engagement for a participating member, the Network receives a 20% commission from the applicable speaking fee, subject to the terms of the member's separate representation agreement.

Simply becoming a member of the Christian Speakers, Coaches & Therapists Network does not automatically entitle the Network to a percentage of every speaking engagement or source of income a member receives.

Membership Is Not CSCTN Agency.
Joining the Christian Speakers, Coaches & Therapists Network does not automatically place a member under CSCTN Agency. Network Membership and CSCTN Agency are two separate services.
Network Membership
Provides access to applicable membership benefits, training, networking, directory opportunities, community, and professional development.

CSCTN Agency
Allows eligible participating members to authorize the Network to represent and negotiate specific paid speaking opportunities pursuant to a separate representation agreement.
There is no monthly retainer. The Network receives a 20% commission on applicable paid speaking engagements that it represents or negotiates according to the terms of the representation agreement.

For years, Dr. Nikki has worked with speakers, coaches, authors, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and professionals to help them develop their voices, increase their visibility, strengthen their brands, and recognize the value of what they carry.

Do I have to be a speaker to join?
No. The network is designed for Christian Speakers, Coaches, Therapists, Counselors, Consultants, Trainers, and other qualifying professionals.
Do I have to be a therapist to join?
No. Members represent different professional backgrounds and areas of expertise.
Will joining the network guarantee that I get booked to speak?
No. Membership does not guarantee speaking engagements, clients, referrals, contracts, or income.
Does the Network take a percentage of everything I make?
No. Network membership by itself does not give the Network a percentage of all member income.
How does CSCTN Agency work?
Eligible participating members may authorize the Network to handle specific speaking inquiries and negotiations pursuant to a separate representation agreement.
Is there a monthly retainer for CSCTN Agency?
No. CSCTN Agency is commission-based.
What is the commission?
The Network's standard commission is 20% of the applicable speaking fee for engagements represented or negotiated by the Network, subject to the Speaker Representation Agreement.
Can I join just to be listed in the directory?
Yes. You do not have to participate in CSCTN Agency to be a member.
Will I receive training?
Training and professional development opportunities are an important part of the Network. Specific training schedules, programs, and availability will be announced to members.
Can an organization search for a professional?
Yes. The professional directory is designed to help individuals and organizations discover participating Christian professionals. Organizations should independently verify credentials and determine whether a particular professional meets their needs.
